Hi, I’m Cher! I love frothy coffee, traveling, sunshine, lifting weights, music, karaoke and life in general. 

I love helping humans navigate the discomfort of life with practical, simple and accessible tools and strategies so they can show up in life more calm, confident and capable.

 

Listen, life's throwing us some serious curveballs. But guess what? Embracing the twists and turns isn't a bad thing—it's an opportunity for healing and growth. I believe we give way too much power to the discomfort and therefore miss out on a lot of joy, connection, success and more.
